DDC reviewed anti-encroachment drive in Doda

To review the anti-encroachment process going on in Doda town, District Development Commissioner Doda Mr. Mubarak Singh today convened a meeting of Revenue Officers and Engineering Departments in Doda to discuss the status of anti-encroachment drive and widening of various roads in Doda. Assistant Commissioner Development Doda Mr. Rakesh Kumar, Chief Planning Officer Doda Mr. Y.R Katoch, Executive Engineer PWD (R&B) , PHE pision Doda , Tehsildar Doda and Executive Officer Municipal Committee Doda besides others also attended the meeting.DDC laid stress over the officers to maintain strict vigil over private construction works going on in the District and ensure that no government land or property is getting encroached. He underlined the need to adopt a proactive approach in dealing with anti-encroachment drive and directed the officers to work in close coordination and bottle necks if any are removed instantly so that this drive taken up is completed successfully and Doda town gets a beautiful look besides benefiting the population of the area.
