Ayurveda Minister stresses on promotion of Indian Medicine System

Ayurveda and Cooperative Minister Karan Singh presided over a meeting with the representatives of Dabur India Ltd and Vaishnavi Health Care Pvt Ltd, at Parwanoo, Solan, today.During the meeting, Shri Karan Singh said that ayurveda was one of the oldest medicinal system which was popular worldwide. He said that Ayurveda has a huge potential in Himachal Pradesh, thus emphasis should be made on promoting the traditional Indian Medicine System within the State to supplement the health care requirement of the masses. He stressed on creation of the herbal collection centre and establishment of the herbal garden in the State.
