Promotions under reservation quota sub-judice: Ch. Zulfkar Ali

Minister for Consumer Affairs & Public Distribution Ch. Zulfkar Ali today said that the issue of promotions under Reservation Quota is sub-judice with Supreme Court of India. He said that the issue will be considered as and when the judgment of Supreme Court in this regard is received.The Ministers said this while reacting on the issue raised by some members in the House.Meanwhile Minister for Law and Justice Mr Abdul Haq Khan also informed the House that promotions under reserved Category are sub-judice in Supreme Court. He said once the decision of the Apex Court is received the same will be implemented in letter and spirit.
