ECI monitoring Anantnag by-polls: Ch. Zulfkar Ali

Minister for Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution, Ch. Zulfkar Ali today informed the House that Election Commission of India is monitoring the Assembly by-polls in Anantnag Constituency. He said that the allegation leveled by opposition members regarding providing cash to voters is baseless and unjustified.The Minister was responding to the issue raised by Mr. Nawang Rigzin Jora.
