Ghuriana Assumes Charge As CPS

Recently appointed Chief Parliamentary Secretary, Transport, Mr. Gurtej Singh Ghuriana today assumed charge of office here at Punjab Civil Secretariat.Ghuriana took the charge of the office in the presence of Punjab Transport Minister Mr. Ajit Singh Kohar. After assuming the charge, Mr. Ghuriana said that he would carry forward the welfare programmes and policies of the Punjab government to safeguard the interests of the people in the state.Mr. Ghuriana thanked Punjab Chief Minister Mr. Parkash Singh Badal and Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Sukhbir Singh Badal for entrusting this new responsibility. He said that he will try his level best to fulfill his responsibilities.Mr. Tarlok Singh Patrianwala, Dr. Amrik Singh, State Executive President, Karamchari Dal, Mr. Naib Singh Brar; relatives and friends of Mr Ghuriana were also present on the occasion.
