DPRs for construction of motorable bridges in Nowshera under formulation: Abdul Haq Khan

Minister for Rural Development & Panchayati Raj and Law & Justice, Abdul Haq today, replying to a question of Surinder Kumar Choudhary, informed the House that the DPRs for construction of motorable bridges in Nowshera over Zambir Nallah at Nonial Manpur and at Dhallian are under formulation at a cost of Rs 4.98 crore and Rs 9.63 crore respectively.The Minister informed that there are number of schemes under implementation under PMGSY, State Sector and NABARD in Nowshera and Suderbani areas.  He informed that the roads namely Zero Point Kalsian - Jabbar-Bashah-Nowshera, Kachain Mangla Mata Ji - Ziarat Shan Lakh, Nonial - Batha via Sakhna Galla, Nowshera Bye Pass Road, Petrol Pump- Jhangar and Irrigation/FC office - Bela Nowshera are not approved under any scheme at present.The Minister further informed that the Department will carry out a survey of these roads and formulate DPRs to access the financial implications and would be taken up under relevant schemes of Union Government.
