Four policemen, 13 IS militants killed in Afghanistan clash

At least four policemen and 13 Islamic State militants were killed on Saturday in a clash in Afghanistan's Nangarhar province, an official said."IS fighters attacked police headquarters in Deh Bala district, triggering a gun battle which left 13 rebels and four policemen killed," Xinhua news agency quoted an official as saying.As many as seven militants were injured during the clash, the official said.
