Compensation Case of Late Mohammad Lateef being placed before DLSCC soon: Abdul Haq Khan

Minister for Rural Development Department and Panchayti Raj Mr. Abdul Haq, while replying on behalf of Minister Incharge for Home to a Calling Attention Notice by Khursheed Aalam, informed the House today that on 21th September, 2014, some unknown gunmen fired upon Mohammad Lateef Gupkari S/O Ghulam Hassan Gupkari R/O Khawaja Bazar, Khanyar, Srinagar, inside a ready made garments shop at Khawaja Bazar, Srinagar.The Minister said FIR regarding the incident was registered in Police Station, Nowhatta and the investigation was initiated and is under investigation.The Minister said that the District Administration, Srinagar, is placing the case of the deceased before the District Level Screening cum Coordination Committee (DLSCC) for a final decision in its next meeting which is being convened shortly.
