The secretary Tourism and Floriculture Farooq Ahmad Shah had a brainstorming session with the prominent MICE and Golf Promoting agencies in Delhi today, the secretary while presenting the world class infrastructure of Jammu Kashmir in the said sectors assured them all the facilitation and assistance during conferencing and post convention activities in the state.Farooq Ahmad Shah reminded the experts in the said meeting about the dream of late Mufti Mohammad Syed to make Jammu Kashmir as one of the best destination in the world he added that Honble CM Mehbooba Mufti has kept the Cheshmashahe Royal cottages at the disposal of JKTDC to cater to the needs of conference delegates and Golfers which is being hailed by the tourism industry all over the country.

Shayam Nagpal on of the renowned names in the Mice Tourism urged for knowledge mapping of Kashmir so that the huge market in the said segment can be tapped globally, he appreciated the international standard facilities and services available in Kashmirs international conference centre SKICC, ICPB vice chairman chanderman sharmaani, Naveen Kandu of Kandu travels and other prominent names were also present in the meeting.The secretary showcased the conference facilities of Pahalgam club, SKICC, Jammu and other places along with the Golfing facilities in RSGC, Pahalgam golf course, Gulmarg and Jammu and urged the Golfers of the country to play on these international standard greens Sehgal of national Golf association was also present in the meeting.
