52 students selected in FICO Polytechnic job fair at LCET

Ludhiana College of Engineering Technology, Katani Kalan in collaboration with Federation of Industrial and Commercial Organizations, Ludhiana organized one day LCET-FICO Job Fair – 2016 for Polytechnic Students. More than 200 students from all Polytechnic colleges of Ludhiana whopped to register themselves to appear for interviews. This event was inaugurated by Gurmeet Singh Kular, President FICO. In this fest recruitment was done for companies like K.S. Munjal Industries, Citizen Press Components, Saimbhi Cycle & Auto Industries, A2Z Holidays, Motive Learn Pvt. Ltd., Traffic Solutions Co., QuicQR HR, Forbes Marshall, Bosch, BIO-RAD, DURO, Varroc Lighting Systems, Pune, Ronch Polymers and Endurance Complete Solutions. As many as 52 students selected by these companies  .Prateek Kalia, Head Placements, LCET shared that industry needs right employee and candidates need right employment. Therefore, these placement fests offer equal opportunity platform to bridge this gap. Vijay Gupta, Chairman ,LCET appreciated the efforts of the faculty and heartily thanked the officials of the companies .He further informed that The purpose of organizing such event is to give the opportunity to the students to explore career opportunities within a variety of companies at one location. It also facilitates sharing information between organizations and job seekers.
