JKSPF holds seminar on HR Violations in Kashmir

JKSPF conducted One Day Seminar today at Jammu, was held under the chairmanship of SH Jadish Kumar, in which a large number of JKSPF workers, Leaders and youths participated.According to a statement issued to KNS, while addressing the seminar, Chairman JKSPF Devinder Singh paid rich tributes to Late Ved Bhasin, a renowned journalist.Devinder Singh stated that Sh Ved Basin always advocated the resolution of Kashmir issue in a peaceful manner and he wants Kashmir issue should be resolved as per as the wishes of the people JK. Bhasin had always said that India and Pakistan should resolved Kashmir issue peacefully, as without resolving this crucial issue, stability and normalcy cannot be established in this sub continent. Singh, further said words can only cheapen the acute grief and affections experienced by the entire Kashmir population and their pain is compounded by the silence and indifference of the international community, especially from United States.That because of Human Right and Civil Liberties, if the silence persists, there would seem two equally squalid explanations, a Kashmiri life is viewed as less worthy than other lives, a repugnant raisers nuclear powers supporting tempting economics markets enjoy immunity from Human rights criticism and sanctions. He said for from seeking to rectify its atrocities, Human Rights record. India has legalized its state sponsored terrorism in Kashmir.

While addressing the seminar, Jagdish Kumar said that Human Rights Violations are increasing day by day for last so many years. He further said that Human Rights Violation abuses in Kashmir state are ongoing issue. The abuses range from mass killings, enforced, disappearances, torture, rape and sexual abuses to political repression and suppression of freedom of speech. Security Forces have been accused and held accountable for committing severe Human right abuses against Kashmir civilians. While addressing the Seminar, Mohd Hussain said that it has given its occupation Forces Powers to shoot to will and the license to abuse the people of Kashmir in whatever ways they like in order to support the popular movement for basic Human Rights and Human Dignity.
