A four days Advance Meditation Course/Stage Silence camp organized in District Jail Jammu by Arunima Sinha, State Teachers Coordinator (STC) Youth Leadership Training Programme (YLTP) GM Training Govt. Executive Programme (GET) “Art of Living” J&K under the aegis of Director General of Police, Prisons J&K, Dr. S. P. Vaid concluded today.57 jail inmates took part in the Advance Meditation Course. During the camp various Yog Assanas, Pranayams, Kriyas and relaxation of mind techniques were taught to the inmates by highly trained teachers.Speaking on the occasion, Superintendent District Jail Jammu, Harish Kotwal expressed gratitude to Arunima Sinha, State Teacher Coordinator, Sarita Jain, Keerti Sharma, Neelam Sharma, Renu Aggarwal, Sunita Cherwoo and Meera Amla assisting teachers “Art of Living” for their cooperation and efforts.
