DC convenes public meet to redress issues related to NFSA

Deputy Commissioner, Jammu, Simrandeep Singh on Monday convened camps  regarding NFSA in various areas of  Suchetgarh  in R. S. Pura where  in grievances pertaining to mistakes were resolved and rectified  on the spot in order to make the data 100% error-free.The camp was held at Dablehar, Sai Kalan and Tourist Reception Centre, Suchetgarh covering about 77 villages wherein spot enquiries were conducted to correct the errors in Ration Cards.SDM, R. S. Pura, Vikas Kundal, Tehsildar, Savita Chauhan,  Assistant Director CAPD, Nazar Shah, Tehsil Supply Officer, Suchetgarh N. P. Singh  among other officers and field functionaries of CAPD, Rural Development and Revenue Department attended the camp.It was informed that the next camp is proposed to be held in Nagrota and Dansal area on 16th May. Pertinent to mention that the district administration, Jammu has simultaneously been holding camps under NFSA through the concerned Sub Divisional Magistrates and Assistant Directors of CAPD in order to lessen the issues of people related to NFSA.
