DDC reviews district CAPEX budget 2016-17

The District Development Commissioner Shopian reviewed the district CAPEX Budget (2016-17) in a meeting of sectoral officers here today.ADC, ACR, Chief Planning Officer and other officers attended the meeting.The meeting was informed that against the total allocation of Rs. 845.11 lakh for the year 2015-16 under CAPEX Budget, an amount of Rs. 516.80 lakh was made available to different departments against which 99.93% expenditure has been made till March 2016.DDC stressed upon the officers to accelerate the pace of ongoing works so that targets fixed for the current financial year are achieved in full. He also impressed upon the concerned officers to register 100% expenditure and submit the plan for the year 2016-17 by the end of April.
