The Holy Wonder Smart School organised health camp for students for health awareness

The Holy Wonder Smart School conducted a health awareness check-up and seminar for students with a purpose to inculcate healthy eating habits in young children. “Good Health adds life to years” was the theme at the moment. Dr  Deepankar  Bhatnagar  and team  from Rayat and Bahra Dental College and Hospital did check-up of the children & gave proper diagnose and medicine if required . He also gave dental awareness talk and presentation, educating the students about common dental ailments, especially stressing on tooth decay and gum diseases and measures to prevent them.  The students were enlightened about the eating patterns and food choices which cause tooth decay and how they could prevent them or get rid of them.

Children also asked questions from the doctors that kept cropping in their mind about health. It was a great experience for the children to have a primary resource explaining to them the importance of skin and the guidance of maintaining. It was explained to them   that health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.While speaking at the moment Director Ashween Arora said that holistic development of students is utmost important. This program is designed to instil healthy lifestyle habits in children. It focuses on helping students becoming familiar with their body and how it works.
