Dr. Arvind Panagariya, Vice-Chairman NITI Aayog, who was here to address the 5th Convocation of Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology-Jammu, and Governor N.N. Vohra discussed the economic challenges facing Jammu and Kashmir, at the Raj Bhavan here today.The Governor has invited Dr. Panagariya to visit Kashmir this summer for structured discussions in regard to certain challenges which are emerging on the agriculture production front.
