Brutal cold blooded murder of innocents at Kupwara and Handwara and attitude and behavior of so-called pro-India politicians, rulers and assembly members on these has once again exposed the fact that these pro-India politicians and their hypocritical politics is only to safeguard killer forces, police and army personal. So-called probes are meant only to give time to killers so that they get ready for ore killings.According to a statement issued to KNS, JKLF chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik who is languishing in police station Kothibagh from last many days along with other leaders’ vice chairman JKLF Mushtaq Ajmal, Zonal president Noor Muhammad Kalwal, and zonal organizer Basher Kashmiri and Hurriyat JK leader Shabir Ahmad Dar. JKLF vice chairmen Advocate Bashir Ahmad Butt and Showkat Ahmad Bakhshi are under house arrest while as JKLF leader Zahoor Ahmad Butt and district president Rafiq Ahmad Waar are in Kupwara police station from last many days.
JKLF incarcerated chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik in his message from incarceration said that Shedding crocodile tears on those killed in cold blood by trigger happy soldiers and putting sacrifices of these innocents on sale is an old poly of hypocritical politics. He said that so-called rulers are today meeting families of martyrs after putting whole Kashmir under curfew. For their visit whole Kashmir is turned into a jail but on the other hand resistance camp is put behind the bars and stopped from even showing sympathies to the bereaved families and this is done in the name of so-called democracy.
Terming the announcement of so-called probe as an eye wash Yasin sahib said that these probes are meant only to give time to killers and get them ready for more killings. From 1990 we have witnessed hundreds and thousands of such killings and probes but could these so-called rulers give one example where any killer personal was penalized for his crime during these three decades.JKLF chairman said that within few days the lives of our five innocents was snatched by trigger happy Indian forces. Dozens are injured and fighting battle of life and death in different hospitals. He said that these martyrs and injured people showed courage of calling spade a spade and resisted Indian attack on the chastity of our sisters. These courageous people showed valor to protest against tyranny and oppression and this why trigger happy Indian soldiers who enjoy political patronage of India and pro-India Kashmiri politicians and have impunity and license to kill showered bullets and teargas shells on them and killed five of them in cold blood and injured many more. He said that firing direct on peaceful protesters, killing them, and after taking their lives shedding crocodile tears, announcing so-called probes, meeting relatives of martyrs and trying to put their sacrifices on sale by announcing compensations has been an old ploy of pro-India politicians, assembly members and rulers.
He said that these assembly members and rulers should know that it is they who provide shelter and legal cover to these killer forces and that is why they are directly involved in these crimes.He said that the pot of their crimes is full now and they should bear in mind that sooner or later they will have to answer for their anti-Kashmiri acts and behaviors. He said that today rulers met with the relatives of those killed in cold blood after besieging whole nation and putting people under curfew. This is their utter shamelessness and highhandedness and if they are true in their claims of probe they should tell the nation that how many killer cops have been arrested so-far during last three decades and hundreds of probes announced so-far. He said that these pro-India politicians lack courage that is why they put their political opponents in jails and police stations and fear fighting them in political field. People of Kashmir cannot and will never surrender before oppression, suppression and hypocritical politics and our struggle for freedom will continue at every cost, asserted Yasin Malik. While paying rich tributes to Kupwara/Handwara martyrs JKLF chief said that these great martyrs have sacrificed their lives for truth and we pray to Allah for high places for then in Jannah. (KNS)
