Our State Needs Peace For Progress: Fayaz Ahmad Bhat

Fayaz Ahmad Bhat (Member National Council BJP and President Srinagar Kashmir) demands inquiry into Handwara Killings ‘Security forces should ensure that no more lose of the life takes place’ and has called the killing of the youths unfortunate and said government should carry out an imperial time bound inquiry into the killings. He expressed sympathy with the bereaved families of the youths and while expressing grief over the ongoing circumstances he told that “I think the whole youth is traumatized. Youth have a lot of suppressed anger and, as we all have seen, they express it through their actions whenever they get the opportunity. They don’t care about any rules and regulations and are least bothered about the possibility of this landing them in trouble,” People here are annoyed and feel alienated but we don’t have that kind of temperament here which can make people resort to tactics being adopted by insurgents at those places like other states.

”Youth should seek out the matter peacefully rather than pelting stones, because getting violent is not the right way to get out of the ongoing circumstances.He said day by day we are losing the precious lives and our future heroes, all the people at large should join hands for ensuring lasting peace and strengthening communal harmony and brotherhood to restore the past glory of the State as an abode of peace and tranquility. While adding he said our state emphasized the need for promoting deeper understandings, communal harmony and brotherhood for establishing lasting peace and normalcy which would pave the way for rapid all round progress and a bright future for the state. He urged upon one and all to come forward in a big way to contribute towards achieving this goal and make our state prosper in every field.
