Chairman Hurriyat (G) Syed Ali Geelani called for a complete Kashmir Bandh on Tuesday 12th April against the brutal attacks on Kashmiri students outside j&k and vandalizing the martyrs grave yard at Kareemabad Pulwama.Syed Ali Geelani in his statement to KNS said after a mere NIT Srinagar incident and the way Indian media continuously projecting the said issue made life of our students and business community like hell.He said the Indian media is literally waging war against the people within and outside Kashmir and warn such incidents if not stopped on immediate basis it will have serious consequences. 

He said, after the JNU issue Kashmiri students studying in outside states have been targeted and as per reports many Kashmiri students in Jodhpur, Hyderabad and Jammu beaten to pulp by fanatic mindset people whom have BJP backing and they received serious injuries. They are facing tremendous hardships within our outside the campus since then in particular. 

Moreover, Syed Ali Geelani expressed a great shock and anguish over the ransacking and vandalizing of martyrs graveyard at Kareemabaad Pulwama. In his statement he said that the vandalization of martyrs graveyard by the Indian army shows the true face of occupational forces and is an evidence of their psychological imbalance.Hurriyat (G) chairman said, that India and its occupational forces want to erase every symbol of martyrs and such a desecration of the martyrs grave yard perhaps is a grave issue and inhuman act and such tactics will not deter us. Lastly, Syed Ali Geelani appealed the people across J&K to observe complete shutdown on 12th April Tuesday to show their commitment and affiliation towards such grave issues. (KNS)
