The court of G.S.Bakshi, Additional Sessions Judge, Amritisar convicted Mr. Patwinder Singh, Patwari in the case of bribery and has awarded sentence of 1 year imprisonment and Rs. 2,000 fine.Disclosing this here today an official spokesperson of the vigilance bureau, Punjab said that Patwinder Singh was trapped red handed while taking bribe amounting to Rs. 5000. He said that the Hon’ble court found Patwinder Singh guilty of bribery and has convicted him for an imprisonment of 01 years and Rs. 2,000 fine.
