VC JU calls on Governor

Prof. R.D. Sharma, Vice Chancellor, University of Jammu, called on Governor N. N. Vohra, Chancellor of the University, at the Raj Bhavan here today.Prof. Sharma briefed the Governor about the preparations underway for holding Jammu University’s 16th Convocation, scheduled to be held on 2nd April, 2016 at which Mr. Hamid Ansari, Vice-President of India, will be the Chief Guest and address the Convocation.The Governor also spoke to the Vice Chancellor about several important issues relating to the functioning of the University.
