DDC reviews progress under District Plan 2015-16

District Development Commissioner Kathua Ramesh Kumar today convened a meeting  of district officers to review the physical and financial achievements of departments under District Capex Budget 2015-16 here today.Threadbare discussions were held in the meeting regarding expenditure incurred under various sectors in the district. The DDC sought the progress/achievements of various development works in the district from concerned district officers.In the meeting, the DDC   reviewed   the physical and financial achievements made by Education, Road & Building, Irrigation, PHE, Health departments, Soil Conservation, Animal Husbandry, Sheep Husbandry, Fisheries, Nutrition and other departments under District plan.

The DDC directed CEO Kathua to submit the status of construction of boundary wall of schools  and coordinate with Rural Development Department for   completion   of works in stipulated time. He also directed XEN PWD Basohli Division to expedite the ongoing construction works under RMSA and health department.The DC exhorted upon the officers for incurring 100% expenditure up to March 31 and timely completion of works. He also called for strict adhering to the codal formalities while executing the works.The ADDC Kathua Manmohan Singh, S.E Hydraulics, S.E PWD (R&B),   Chief Planning Officer, Executive Engineers of R&B, PHE, Chief Medical Officer, Chief Education Officer and other district officers also attended the meeting.
