Woman gang raped near railway station in Jharkhand

A woman was allegedly dragged out from a train in Deoghar district of Jharkhand by six youths on Friday and gang raped, a police officer said.The woman was sleeping in the train when the six youth forcibly took her to nearby bushes and raped her, said the police officer. The incident happened when the train reached Madhupur station in Deoghar district, about 300 km from here. The victim was travelling back home after getting medical treatment in Ranchi. The police has arrested three of the accused and sent the victim for medical tests. Last year, a minor girl was gang raped by army men in a train at Madhupur station.
