Governor attending Governor’s Conference (2016)

Governor N.N. Vohra would be attending the Governor’s Conference (2016) which is being held on 8th -10th February, 2016, at Rashtrapati Bhawan. This Conference will be chaired by the Rashtrapati ji and attended by Vice-President of India, Prime Minister, Home Minister, Defence Minister, External Affairs Minister, Education Minister, Rural Development Minister and other concerned Ministers, besides all the Governors and Lt. Governors in the country. The Conference will discuss: Internal and External Security, with a special focus on Terrorism; Skill Development and Employment; Swachh Bharat Abhiyan; Housing for All by 2022; Smart Cities; Higher Education; Make in India Programme and Employability; and Development of North Eastern Regions.
