During a gun fight between Indian troopers and militants, a militant lost his life in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.Reports said that Government Forces after receiving inputs about the presence of militants in Gundpora village cordoned off the hamlet. The militants reportedly hurled grenades to escape from the area. However, government forces engaged them in a gun battle that resulted in the death of a militant whom police identified as Raqib Bashir, a resident of Zadoora area of the district. CNS)
