Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of J&K National Panthers Party urged Shri Pranab Mukherjee, the President of India to exercise his constitutional powers vested in the President under Article 370 of the Constitution of India to dissolve the State Assembly and direct Election Commission of India to hold fresh Assembly election in the state without delay. NPP Supremo urged the President to have a look at the situation that has been disturbing the State of J&K since 1947. There has been no certaintity or normalcy in the state right since the day Maharaja Hari Singh was forced out of the state in 1949 by the Congress government in Delhi. NPP Supremo said that the biggest blunder committed by the Constituent Assembly in 1950 inclusion of Article 370 (though temporary) in the Indian Constitution. Prof.Bhim Singh, a Sr. Advocate of the Supreme Court of India and expert on the Constitution said that inclusion of Article 370 in the Indian Constitution in 1950 was the unforgiveable blunder of the Congress, the Communists and other national leaders who supported inclusion of Article 370 in the Indian Constitution.

Prof.Bhim Singh said that Article 370 literally died (collapsed) in 1952 when the Monarchy was abolished by the Constituent Assembly under the leadership of Sheikh Mohd. Abdullah. Prof.Bhim Singh accused the leaders of the Parliament (1952) who deliberately chose to retain Article 370, though temporary, after the abolition of Monarchy. He said that one cannot blame Sheikh Abdullah for sowing the seeds of separatism because it was Article 370 which was planted by the national leaders who happened to be Members of the Constituent Assembly. The situation changed in 1952 and it was Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru himself who got Monarchy demolished in J&K. Article 370 constitutionally, literally and politically stood abrogated when Monarchy was abolished.

Prof.Bhim Singh said that the same kind of blunder is being committed by Prime Minister Modi and the BJP by hanging to power in J&K while riding an anti-national wave in the state of J&K.Prof.Bhim Singh said that a new movement in J&K shall be initiated by the younger generation and secular forces to wash out the black ink of all the blunders committed by Delhi leadership vis-à-vis J&K. He said that the new generation which was born in J&K after 1947 have never seen the tri-colour flag as their own because they were shown only a local National Conference flag, separate Constitution and with no trace of prints of Indian Constitution or its secular ethos.Prof.Bhim Singh called on all youth, students, the intellectuals, the working class and the intellectual to understand the dangerous clouds hovering in the skies of J&K which have been pushed into our soil by Anglo-American Bloc who intend to destabilize India as they did with USSR, Korea, African countries etc. Prof.Bhim Singh said that the Panthers Party shall give rise to new movement in the country to integrate India as a whole from Kashmir to Kanyakumari and Dwarka to Nagaland so that India becomes great and lead the entire world towards unity, equity, equality, justice and humanity. So that all destructive weapons shall be destroyed and humanity should govern the world.
