Aga Syed Hasan meets Pak High Commissioner

Senior separatist leader and Hurriyat (G) provincial president for Ladakh region Aga Syed Hasan met Pakistan High Commissioner Abdul Basit in New Delhi on Tuesday.“We discussed issues related to Kashmir while Pak High Commissioner for India assured that Pakistan will continue to support Kashmir cause till people of Kashmir is given the right to decide their future,” Aga Syed Hasan told CNS over phone.During an hour long meeting I along with some other leaders maintained that peace in Pakistan was imperative for the resolution of Kashmir issue. I apprised Abdul Basit about the political situation in the Valley, urging him to impress upon New Delhi to resolve the Kashmir dispute according to the aspirations of Kashmiris,” he said. (CNS)
