In a joint statement to press by APHC senior leaders including Islamic Political Party jk Chairman Mohammad Yousuf Naqash,Tehreek e Mazhmat Chairman Bilal Sidiqui, Hakim Abdul Rashid President Muslim Democratic League have paid glowing tributes to Martyr Mushtaq Ahmad Haroo martyred in Kokernag encounter and have stated that sufferings beard by Kashmiri nation will translate into freedom one day.The leaders reaffirmed that people will continue their struggle against occupation until liberty is achieved and appealed to global community to intervene to end Indian depression and help in solving Kashmir dispute.The leaders appealed to constituency of humanity in India to impress upon their government to stop oppression of Kashmiri people as humans cannot be held slaves for long and observed that unsettled Kashmir is not only hanging Indian growth but also peace and stability in South Asia.The leaders also paid tremendous tributes to martyrs killed in Kupwara Massacre on this day more than two and half decades ago and Stated these massacres of innocents in Kashmir is prove hollow credentials of Indian democracy.The leaders stated that lakhs have been martyred in Kashmir and India has failed to deliver any justice.
