Speaker unfurls tricolour at Shahidi Samarak

On the occasion of 67th Republic Day, Speaker of Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, Kavinder Gupta unfurled the National flag at Shahidi Samarak of 1965 war memorial New Dashmesh Nagar, Digiana here today.He recalled the sacrifice of soldiers, great leaders who fought for achieving freedom. He called for safe guarding, sovereignty and integrity of the nation and urged upon the people to maintain peace, harmony and brotherhood.Among others who participated in the function, Baldev Singh Balowria, Harbans Choudhary, Paramajit Singh, Col. Jamwal, a large number of people, besides other senior officers of civil and police administration.
