Indo Global Group of Colleges  organised Maths & Science Conclave at  NITTTR Sector 26, Chandigarh  in which various schools  of tricity participated. Dr M.P. Poonia ,Director ,national institute of Technical Teachers Training & Research was chief guest at the moment.  The purpose of this conclave is to offer the latest in mathematics & science content, teaching strategy, and research to enhance and expand professional growth of the participants. After the keynote address there was  panel discussions of 45 minutes on the topic Smooth transition of students from School to Higher Technical Education – Academic Performance and the transition to College & Career.

Later, there was address of experts from academia as well as industry also .While speaking at the moment Chairman Indo Global Sukhdev Singla said that It is observed that students face a number of problems when moving on to Engineering education after completion of school. Academic problems in coping with subjects of Mathematics, various study of Engineering , technical education,  in addition to a multitude of other problems like adapting to new environs, communication etc. pose a hurdle in the growth of the child who is on the pathway to his dream career. He later, thanked panellists from schools and Colleges for discussion the issues,  their views would prove helping  hand for the students to pursue their higher technical education smoothly.
