Engineer’s Day Celebrated At GGS-Sachdeva Group

To commemorate the birth anniversary of M Vivesvaraya (Bharat Ratna), the students of GGS-Sachdeva group of Institutes, harar/Gharaun, today celebrated 45th Engineers’ Day. On the occasion, events including paper presentation, debate etc.were held as part of the programme. Theme of the debate was the importance and works of the engineers in today's era, showing concerns of engineers for the safety of mankind against disasters, both natural and manmade. Students also gave presentation on advancements of engineering. The GGS-Sachdeva Group Chairman, S. Surinder pal Singh & Director, Dr.G S Virdi also addressed the participants, including the faculty members and the students, and urged them to open a new chapter in the life of engineers with creativity. He further added that It gave an opportunity to everyone to remember and cherish the works of Sir Visvesvarayya.
