ADDC distributes cheques among beneficiaries under IDSR

Department of Sheep Husbandry organized a cheque distribution function at DC office, Reasi today.Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Reasi, Bhawani Singh Rakhwal was the chief guest on the occasion.The ADDC distributed cheques worth Rs. Ten thousand each among 100 beneficiaries under Centrally Sponsored Scheme titled “Integrated Development of Small Ruminants (IDSR). ADDC distributed cheques for 100 sheep rearing units among beneficiaries, in the presence of ADC Reasi Shiv Kumar Gupta.

ADDC exhorted upon the farmers/beneficiaries to avail maximum benefits of various Govt schemes and increase their socio -economic condition.District Sheep Husbandry Officer, Reasi, Dr H S Raina gave a detailed overview of the importance of lending in agriculture & allied activities.ADC Reasi, Mr Shiv Kumar Gupta, DSHO, officials of Sheep Husbandry Department, beneficiaries and PRIs were also present on the occasion.
