Swasthya slate project launched in Kishtwar

With an aim to ensure proper track of Mother and child health care  services in Kishtwar,  District Development Commissioner Kishtwar, G. N Balwan inaugurated the Swasthya Slate Project here toady. Pertinently, the project is Bluetooth enabled integrated diagnostics kit that works with android based mobile system and will get a big boost to proper  tracking of delivery of  health care services to the pregnant and lactating   women in the district . This project aims to provide all health workers in Kishtwar with Swasthaya slate system to implement the RMNCH+A program.

While launching the project, the Deputy Commissioner who is Chairman District Rural Health Society Kishtwar appreciated  the efforts  of  Female Multipurpose Health workers in delivery of mother and child care services  to the   needy. He also    stressed on  further  improving  the maternal and Child health service in the district and hoped that technology based Swasthya Slate project will give the required flip to it.The launch of the program was also attended by CMO Kishtwar, Dr. Shan Prashad Gupta and District Immunization officer Kishtwar Dr. Daisy Parihar.
