Blood Donation has vital Significance

The Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation organized a blood Donation Camp at Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan , Sector 15 D, Chanidgarh. Total 347 Nirankari devotees including 47 women donated blood in the camp.The camp was inaugurated by Brig. P.S Cheema, Member Incharge, Medical and Social Welfare, Sant Nirankari Mandal, Delhi.  He Said, “The Blood Donation is more significant than any other Donation. The Blood is precious and a drop of blood becomes very helpful to save a human life. “Brig. Cheema further added that the chain of blood donation camps was started in the year of 1986. The Nirankari devotees donate blood voluntarily in execution of the directions of Nirankari Baba Hardev Singh ji Maharaj that the blood should flow in veins not in drains. Dr. B.S Cheema, Zonal In charge, Chandigarh Zone welcomed the chief guest and thanked all the donors and the team of doctors of PGI. He said that the Sant Nirankari Mission is the leading blood donating voluntary organization in the country today. Shri. Mohinder Singh, Sanjoyak Sant Nirankari Mandal , Chandigarh said, “ Sant Nirankari Mission is a spiritual mission which provides God knowledge to all mankind and also contributes to social activities as well. A team of 20 para-medicos headed by Doctor Suchet Sachdev from PGI, Chandigarh conducted the camp. He appreciated the self motivation   of Nirankaris for Socio-Spiritual activities. The arrangement in respect of Blood Donation Camp was made under supervision of Shri. Sohan Singh Banga, Mukhi of Sector 15 Area and Sh . Tarsem Singh ji Mukhi Sector 40 Area.
