RSS-led goons and chauvinist’s hell bent against Islam and Muslims: Yasin Malik

Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik on Friday said the people of Jammu and Kashmir are fighting a war of their future and welfare.He said Kashmiris are a living nation and know how to safeguard their identity, dignity, and honor and continue their freedom struggle against all odds."Our struggle for freedom is actually based on truth and justice and we have been shown and taught this way of continuous struggle by spiritual leaders like Makhdoom Sahib (RA),” he said.Malik while addressing people at the shrine of Sultan-ul-Aarifeen Makhdhoom Sahab (RA) said that if India, Pakistan and the world want to promote peace, stability, property, tolerance and brotherhood in this region, they all will have to accept the owner status of Kashmiris and take positive steps to resolve this issue keeping in view the sacrifices, aspirations and struggle of Kashmiris.

"Our prophets, saints and spiritual leaders showed us the way of truth and harmony. They taught us to struggle for honor and dignity of humans. Muslims all over the world today are suffering because they have left the way shown by our great Prophet (SAW) and spiritual leaders like Makhdoom Sahib (RA),” he said while addressing people at Dargah Sultan-ul-Aarifeen Makhdoom Sahib Srinagar today.He said that “we have forgotten the teachings of these spiritual leaders and because of this ignorance we Muslims are today suffering in our daily lives”.Malik said that our spiritual leaders taught us brotherhood and love and never indulged in any kind of sectarian disputes.

“We should restore and save our brotherhood and defeat all those forces who want to divide us in the name of sects and castes,” he cautioned.Malik said that RSS-led goons and chauvinists are hell bent against Islam and Muslims today.“Especially our brothers living in Jammu, Udhampur, Rajouri, Poonch, Doda, Baderwah, Kishtwar, Ramban and other areas are their targets,” he said.He said that these people with the active support of present rulers are trying to repeat 1947 and want to expel Muslims from these areas.In this situation, he said, it is our moral and religious duty to remain united and steadfast to defeat the evil designs of fascist forces and their supporters.
