Describing Late. Girdhari Lal Dogra as a visionary and a front line political figure of Jammu and Kashmir State, JKPCC Chief G.A. Mir has said that Late. Dogra was an upright personality a best administrator, who remained close to masses because of his pro people policies, he said.Paying rich tributes to Veteran Congress Leader Late Girdhri Lal Dogra on his 28th Death Anniversary, PCC Chief has said that the contributions of Late Girdhari Lal Dogra about upliftment of poor and down trodden section of the State would always continue to inspire the generations, ahead.Dogra has served the people to the best of his ability and his contribution about strengthening people in all the three regions of the State reflect the manifestation of his pro people policies and the concern about the overall development of the State, PCC Chief said.

PCC Chief praised Dogra’s approach about strengthening people and taking care about the aspirations of people in all the three regions. The veteran Leader remained committed to serve the people and equitable development of all the three regions in the State.PCC Chief said that the services rendered by Dogra about the progress and development of the State shall always be remembered. He said no one can deny the fact that Late. Dogra remained close to the masses till his last breath because of his pro people policies and leadership qualities, he said.PCC Chief said that Dogra’s approach and contribution about well being of the people of the State would continue to inspire the generations, ahead.On this occasion PCC Chief exhorted the Party leaders and workers   to take a cue from the leadership qualities of Late.
