In order to uplift the level of education in the schools of Punjab, on the directions of Dr. Daljit Singh Cheema, Education Minister, Punjab as per the Teacher Training Policy, 3 day training workshop of master trainers was held which concluded here today.In the workshop held at National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research (N.I.T.T.T.R), sector 26, nearly 400 master resource persons were imparted training in various subjects by the respective subject experts.Director S.C.E.R.T., Mr. Sukhdev Singh Kahlon informed that during the training, all the Principals of the in training teaching institutions also participated. He said that during the workshop, the master trainers were imparted subject wise training. 

Detailed discussion on teaching difficult aspects of Hindi language in any easy manner was held. Innovative methods of teaching difficult science topics like acids-bases etc. was also taken up. Mr. Indu Parkash detailed on the simpler methods pertaining grammatical aspects of English. Prof. CD Kamboj suggested associating Punjabi Language with internet in order to make it more interesting.Deputy Director of S.C.E.R.T. Dr. Ginni Duggal informed that all the subject experts used modern training techniques. All the master trainers would now impart training to the teachers in their respective districts, said she.
