As a Pakistani flag was hoisted by youth on Chief Minister Mufti Mohmmad Sayeed’s ancestral house in south Kashmir’s Bijbehara town on Tuesday, the PDP leader and Minister for Youth Services and Sports Imran Ansari said that waving of the Pakistan flags and other flags is not new in Kashmir as it has happened here in the past too.“This was not the first time that the Pakistani flags were waved. These incidents have taken place in past as well. Many flags have been waved here at different times. Some people wave Pakistani flags, some Indian flags, some other flags,” Imran Ansari told KNS on the sidelines of his press conference which he addressed at his Srinagar residence.

He however said that if the law has been violated, then government will act on it. “They can raise the flags on my house. They have raised the flag on Shiekh Abdullah’s house. But yes, if anybody has violated the law, the government will take action against him,” he added.Agitated youth today morning hoisted Pakistani flag on CM Mufti Sayeed’s ancestral house in Baba Mohalla of Bijbehara in south Kashmir’s Islamabad district.According to the reports the angry youth while taking part in the funeral procession of three local Hizb militants – Adil Sheikh, Sartaj Lone and Tanveer Bhat – killed yesterday in an Ashmuqam gunfight pelted stones at Mufti’s ancestral house before hoisting the flag in protest.
