Gupta convenes public grievances redressal camp at Bhagpur

Minister of State for Finance & Information Technology, Pawan Kumar Gupta, convened a public grievances redressal camp at Bhagpur in Jaganoo village of Udhampur district here today.People of the area and adjoining panchayats apprised him of their problems which were mainly related to road connectivity, electricity, ration and drinking water etc.Minister assured the people that all their problems would be redressed in a time phased manner. Minister asked the concerned officer to ensure regular supply of ration in Jagnoo village. Gupta also assured that every household would  be electrified under Deen Dayal  Upadhya Gram Jyoti Yojana (DDUGJY) in a phased manner. He said road connectivity is imperative for development of all other sectors and government is committed to provide improved basic facilities like road connectivity, electricity, schools,  health care etc  to the people of the area at their doorsteps.He said that many developmental works and schemes for the overall development of the district are in pipeline which would cater to the basic requirements of the public and would definitely provide a better living standard to the people.Gupta  said that Jagnoo village will be developed as Model village of the district with all latest facilities.Sapranchs, Panchs besides prominent citizens were present on the occasion.
