DDC Rajouri reviews dist plan achievements

District Development Commissioner, Rajouri, Shabir Ahmed Bhat today convened a meeting to review the status of physical and financial achievements registered so far under the district plan. The meeting deliberated upon the actions being taken in the district development board meeting under the chairmanship of CM.In the meeting, performance of PDD, PWD, PHE, Irrigation, horticulture, agriculture, floriculture, Animal husbandry, sericulture, handloom, handicraft, revenue, social welfare and all other important departments was reviewed.

The DC stressed upon the officers and the executive agencies to gear up their men and machinery for completing developmental works and set targets well in time  as per the approved DPR's  so that the benefit of the government run developmental programmes  reach to the ground level. He also impressed upon the officers to work in a coordinated way, undertake regular monitoring to achieve quality parameters and effectively implement schemes.In addition to this, the District Development Commissioner directed the officers to emphasize on coordination between the line departments to avoid any delay in the in execution of work.The meeting  was attended  by SSP, Rajouri  Rajeshwar Singh, Additional Deputy Commissioner , Mumtaz Choudhary,  SE, R&B, Majeed Wani, SE, Hydraulic Rafiq  Choudhary, CEO, Altaf Choudhary, CPO Hameed Choudhary, ACD, Noor Alam, CMO, Chamin Bhasin  along with other  district   and sectoral officers.
