Chander Prakash Ganga inaugurates developmental works

Minister for Industries & Commerce Chander Prakash Ganga, today inaugurated various developmental works being executed by Rural Development Department at Panchayat Jakh and Vijaypur.The Minister inaugurated work on community pathways and drains at Jakh, to come up at an estimated cost of Rs 5.30 lakh. Later he also inaugurated work on lanes and drains at Govindpuri in Vijaypur amounting to Rs 6.43 lakh.On the occasion, the Minister took an on spot assessment of local issues and also toured the area.The Minister was also apprised on various issues pertaining to development by residents of the area. He assured them that all their genuine issues shall be considered at the earliest.The Minister directed the concerned to expedite works so that these could be completed within the stipulated time and added that no compromise should be made on quality of work and materials used.While interacting with the locals, the Minister said that the government is committed for overall development of the state and all basic facilities would be provided to public in the form of schools, hospitals and playgrounds.Among others ADC Samba Pawan Sharma, ACD Samba Tilak Raj Thapa , and BDO Vijaypur Dr Anirudh Rai  were present on the occasion.
