'MSG-2 creates a unique record, 700 shows in Punjab in a day

In a unique first in the history of Indian cinema, MSG-2 The Messenger has created a new milestone by screening 700 shows in a day. Not just the shows, but the fact that the shows ran to full houses. This is a new Bollywood record and exceptionally amazing as it comes on the 49th day of the film's release.According to Hakikat entertainment, the film has done grossed over 375 crores. The screening tally for individual locations is as follows.

Producer CP Arora said that since the Punjab release was delayed, it was expected that there would be prolonged interest, but such whopping craze was totally unanticipated.The GM of PVR cinema in Chandigarh said, "Initially when we had talked to individual properties for a booking, there was utter disbelief as no one thought such rush was possible. But today morning, all these shows are totally sold out. This is a dream moment for our company."
