In order to meet up the prolonged demand of transporters, general public & traders for removing the darkness and for the beautification of New Bus Stand and Mughal Road up 1 km, District Development Commissioner Shopian convened a meeting in this regard at District Administrative Complex Shopian today.Xen, R&B, PDD, & Executive Officer Municipality were present in the meeting.District Development Commissioner passed instructions to Xen R&B & PDD to repair and maintain the electric lights within seven days and handover the same to Executive Officer Shopian.Further District Development Commissioner asked Xen PDD to install 16 more lights at Mughal road from Shopian onwards,During the meeting Xen PDD was asked to provide electricity to these lights.
