Indo Global Colleges held a lecture Series titled Plan Ahead to Stay Ahead. The lecture series were specifically targeted for the first year students of Engineering, Architecture and Management to enable them to plan well in advance to make each and every day they spend in the campus productively and thereby help them to achieve their dream career goals.Renown  journalist Renuka Seth  spoke on hard work, making each day count, elaborating on the ten thousand hours principle with detailed presentation on case studies of inspiring industry leaders like Steve Jobs and Bill Gates her lecture held the students captive for over three hours. Question Answer sessions followed thereafter with students seeking clarifications on many issues like career in media, coping with challenges and how to make dynamic plans for success.Ashish Nanchahal Senior Unit Manager Human Resources from Infosys spoke about the future & work culture in IT industry.He further discussed discipline in daily life to have a meaningful life and a successful career.

Praveen Bhalla  CEO of Saksham Academy enthralled the students with his rich and varied national and global experience. With a simple style of delivery Praveen Bhalla made every student to feel confident to achieve whatever one sets out to do so long as they work in a planned manner with dedication, sincerity and consistency.  Somit Kapur Centre Head ,Tech Mahindra Himanshu Pant Vice President of Ansal told about increasing importance of soft skills such as good communication skills, creativity, adaptability, developing a positive attitude, importance of team working as well as leadership skills.Speaking on the occasion Chairman Indo Global Colleges Sukhdev Singla thanked the corporate leaders for sparing their valuable time for students to plan their career well in advance.  According to him Industry interface is the most critical differentiator that would give the students a cutting edge when facing stiff competition.
