Gian Jyoti Institute of Management & Technology (GJ-IMT), Phase-2, Mohali organized 8th HR Summit 2015 on Leadership in Business, Creating possibilities for future. This national level HR Summit brought the brightest mind together to deliberate, share knowledge for enhancing employability skills. P. K. Verma Director–HR & Mgmt. Services Alchemist was Keynote Speaker at the occasion.The Summit had two sessions. Dr. Aneet, Dean , Gian Jyoti Group Introduce theme of HR Summit. Simarpreet Singh, Founder, Mind Batteries, Global Shapers at World Economic Forum, Vijay Rai, President & CEO, Power con,  Tanmay Vora, Director- R&D, Basware , Sahil Sahore, Principal Trainer, Dream Wingz India  were speakers of eminence from the industry chaired the first technical(Practitioners sessions) session which deliberated on issues related to the theme of the Summit.  

In technical session titled Practitioners’ Insights chaired,  Divya Bagla, DGM-HR,Location  Leader- Concentrix  discussed what does it take to climb the corporate ladder Rasneet Kanwar, Managing Director, Belwo Inc gave insights on women and community leadership. Gurleen Bhasin, Co-Founder, TNT Creative Solutions; GA Solutions discussed  Role of organizational systems and family in career growth of women.While speaking at the moment Chairman Gain Jyoti J.S.Bedi said that the aim to organizing this HR summit to generate ideas from each other’s experience, understand and appreciate newer perspectives and develop possibilities for brighter future. The summit witnessed presentations and deliberations by eminent speakers, senior HR, professionals, researchers and academicians .
