Div Com reviews functioning of SDA

Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, Dr. Asgar Hassan Samoon, today reviewed various developmental activities being carried out by Srinagar Development Authority (SDA).The meeting was attended by Vice Chairperson, SDA Srinagar, officers of line department, President Milatsaar Entertainment Pvt. Ltd, Chairman Kehwah Group and President Sangermal Shopping Complex Srinagar.The meeting was informed that all basic amenities including macademization of Pantha Chowk Bus Terminal are under progress and will be completed within this month.

VC, SDA informed the Divisional Commissioner that they have to acquire 4200 kanals of land  at Rakh Gund Aksha for Satellite Colony, out of which 450 kanals have already been acquired and a High Level Committee headed by Chief Secretary has been constituted to finalize the issue.Mr. Asgar Samoon directed the Vice Chairperson, SDA to make the Sangermal Shopping Complex and the works of inner lights, sanitation, fountains and internal lights functional at the earliest.The SDA Vice Chairperson assured that the owners of non-functional shopkeepers will be issued a final notice for making their shops functional and every effort will be taken to make the Sangermal Shopping Complex functional.
