State Chief Information Commissioner Calls On Governor

G.R Sufi, State Chief Information Commissioner called on Mr. N.N. Vohra, the Governor at Rajbhavan today.Sufi, informed the Governor about the initiatives taken by the Commission for the implementation of the ‘Right To Information Act 2009’ in J&K State and the efforts being made to generate awareness among the masses regarding their right to seek relevant information from all public offices.Governor discussed with Sh. Sufi the impact, so far, of the RTI route on eradication of corruption.
