DC Bandipora convenes meeting

Deputy Commissioner, Bandipora Friday, directed concerned officers to ensure various essential facilities in Shia dominated areas of the district in view of forthcoming Muharam. He was speaking during a meeting convened to review arrangements for Muharam here.The meeting was attended by officers from Police, civil administration and representatives of Shia association.During the meeting representatives of the association raised various issues of public importance pertaining to power, potable water, firewood, ration, healthcare, etc.Deputy Commissioner on the occasion assured the representatives that their genuine issues shall be considered on priority and availability of all basic amenities shall be ensured before start of Muharam.
