Trying to play smart over the High court’s decision to enforce ban on beef in Jammu and Kashmir, the State Congress Chief G.A Mir Thursday said that his party is not in a hurry to comment over the issue as it is assessing the court’s decision.“What can I say? It is not the Governments decision but it the High court’s decision. It is not the right time for me to comment over the issue but yes we are assessing the decision and also who have filed the Public Interest Litigation (PIL) in this regard,” G.A Mir told KNS over phone.It is to mention here that following the decision of Jammu and Kashmir High Court to enforce the ban on sale of beef in the Muslim majority state, different socio-religious and political organizations in the state have threatened a stir against the order.The meat-sellers and shopkeepers have also expressed 'shock' over the decision negating the high court decision.
