PCC Chief inaugurates inter District Cricket League at Dooru

Participation of Youth in Sports Activities, Physical Activities must be encouraged heavily.  Youth in J&K State are Talented and deserve every facility in respect of physical activities, Sports like Cricket, Foot Ball, this was stated by JK PCC Chief G.A. Mir while inaugurating Inter District Cricket League at Dooru in Anantnag district, in which 12O teams of District Anantnag are participating.While inaugurating the Cricket League   PCC Chief G.A. Mir said Sports is the best way to keep the Youth Away from anti social activities and will help in maintaining atmosphere of peace and tranquility. He said our youths are talented, educated and deserves every facility and encouragement, he said.PCC Chief while extending greetings to organizers of the Inter District Tournament, appreciated the efforts of youth in organizing such type of tournaments, he hoped that events like this (inter District Tournaments) will boost the morale of the Youth and infuse self confidence in them.

PCC Chief said that involving youth in Physical and Sports activities is highly appreciated and positive thing.  On this occasion he (G.A. Mir) urged   the State Govt to take measures for providing every facility about sports & physical activities to youth of Jammu and Kashmir as that will be in the best interest of the State and Youth.Terming Strong Youth as Strong Society, PCC Chief urged the people  to come forward and encourage Youths by getting them involved in Sports and Physical activities, as that will help youth and Society to prosper & progress.Reiterating Congress Party’s commitment about development & Prosperity of Youth and the State, PCC chief said Congress Party would help and support any move aiming to benefit the youth of all the three regions of the State.
